South America Travel

I am looking for a travel package for a mother (42) and a daughter (16). Preferably in a nice hotel with a spa and such. But there needs to be some adventure/exploring. Like in the rainforests or to historical sites (aztecs, myans, etc). It would also be really cool if there was a sort of flea market type thing. Does anyone know of anything like this or any all inclusive packages to south/central america?

I’d like to visit either Peru or Brazil in November (Thanksgiving time). But I am concerned on whether it is safe to go there with my 8 month old baby. I’ve heard that the altitude in Machu Picchu might make it tough for a baby to breathe, and I personally think that the Amazon won’t be safe either.
